Challenges

Here at MM, we design and coordinate an annual direct mail campaign to promote brand awareness, bring together the creative community, and cultivate potential business relationships in good chemistry. We realized that there is a direct correlation with the seasons of the year and a deck of cards, and set forth to create a calendar that could double as a deck of playing cards.


Strategic Solutions

We partnered with a few local vendors and designers to create a custom calendar with a hand-stained wooden stand that acts as a self-promoting marketing piece. 12 of the 52 cards in the deck are used to represent the 12 months in the year and correlate with the four seasons. These calendar cards can be displayed on the wooden holder to guide a person through 2014. Come the next year, the deck can hang around as a custom-designed deck of playing cards.
