We are a small yet mighty agency of strategists who wield tenacity and imagination to shape brand stories. We’re looking for a like-minded design strategist who is self-starting, thinks outside the box, and has a brand-focused eye to shape identities and craft the look-and-feel for both print + digital environments.
+ Collaborate with internal and external creative partners on concepts and deliverables for clients (and MM) throughout all phases of projects
+ Brainstorm, pitch, and present design-related ideas to clients
+ Contribute meaningfully to the ideation and conceptualization of design and marketing deliverables
+ Develop brand identity systems that reinforce and reflect the brand strategy
+ Craft the design strategy and overall design direction for both print + digital environments
+ Apply design direction to multiple deliverables (including business systems, marketing collateral, websites, environments, etc.)
+ Manage production of deliverables (print and environment)
+ Work with content team and leadership team to ensure that the brand look-and-feel is consistent with the brand voice and message across all platforms
+ Utilize project and time management tools such as Basecamp and Harvest
+ Collaborate with the core MM teams, as needed, on a possible project-by-project basis
+ 2-3 years experience in an agency environment or working with agencies in a contracted capacity
+ Working knowledge of content marketing strategies as they relate to digital + print
+ Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Suite, Keynote, Pages
+ UI/UX knowledge is a big plus, but not required
